There are the six key elements of DBSA support groups: focus on self-help, peer-led, safe & accepting, confidential, meet regularly and free of charge

The primary participants in DBSA support group meetings are persons diagnosed with a mood disorder and those who believe they may have a mood disorder. Our support group also includes family members and friends.
