Adrienne
A lesson learned

I didn’t know I had bipolar disorder until my husband’s doctor recognized it. I was in denial and ran out of his office. That was 10 years ago. Today I am on medicine and doing well – I have risen to a top position in my company. I try to do what is good for me: rest, eat right, avoid chaos, have quiet times and fun times, .but most importantly, I have accepted that I will not be cured, but I am treated...ONE DAY AT A TIME.
