Registration starts as low as $55!
Your registration fee for the conference includes admission to all educational sessions,
and all
program materials.
No meals are
being provided.
If you would like to purchase a lunch on Saturday, please request one on
your registration form or call (800) 826-3632 to place an order.
We want to be responsive to your needs!
Please let us know any special accessibility or dietary needs in the
space provided on the registration form.
Cancellations
Refunds (minus a
$25 cancellation fee) will only be given if you cancel more than two
weeks before the conference. However you may transfer your registration
to another person. You must notify us in writing of this transfer no
later than 2 weeks prior to the conference.

All
cancellations must be received in writing by the above dates.
Conference events
announced in this brochure are subject to additions and changes. DBSA
reserves the right to cancel these conferences at any time. In the
unlikely event that this occurs, registration fees will be refunded in
